Sponsorship Levels

As the second largest anesthesia meeting in Canada, the Annual Ontario Anesthesia Meeting represents a unique opportunity for your company to appeal to the Ontario market. Details on our various levels of sponsorship are included in the Sponsor Information Sheet, available here.

Sponsor Registration

In order to register as a sponsor, please download and complete our Sponsor Registration Form, available here. If you would like to discuss special opportunities for featuring your company, such as partnering in a workshop or evening session, please contact Dr. Chris Ricci at riccic@yahoo.com

Booth Location

In order to provide the best possible venue for you and your company, we have created a floor plan showing the layout of sponsor booths, allowing you to select your own position in relation to other exhibitors. Booth selection priority is based on the date by which your cheque is received (within each sponsorship level), so the sooner you confirm your sponsorship, the better. To view the floor plan and confirm your spot, please contact Ariel Buckley at abuckle@mcmaster.ca

All sponsors are invited to send advertisements for the meeting syllabus. In order for us to ensure the syllabus is of the highest possible quality, please submit all ads no later than July 31st. Details are listed below.

• Diamond and Platinum Sponsors - Full Page Ad (Portrait or Landscape)
• Gold Sponsors - Half Page Ad (Portrait Orientation)
• Silver Sponsors - Quarter Page Ad (Portrait Orientation)

The specs for the advertisements are as follows:

• 8 1/2" x 11" page size
• black and white colour
• leave 1/4" border/reveal around edges
• PDF format (preferred) or paper copy
