Maintenance of Certification

This event is an Accredited Group-Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC) and approved by the Canadian Anesthesiologists' Society. Keep a record of the number of session hours you attend during the conference. Each hour of attendance at sessions during the Scientific Program is equal to one credit. Your registration receipt is accepted by the RCPSC as proof of attendance. A Certification of Attendance is provided to all delegates at registration.

Note: Physicians are responsible for keeping their personal MOC records and making them available for random auditing by the RCPSC.

American Medical Association PRA Category I

This educational program is designated for Category 1 credit towards the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. Each hour of attendance at sessions during the Scientific Program is equal to one credit. Each Physician should claim only hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

The College of Family Physicians of Canada MAINPRO-M1

This program meets the accreditation criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada. Each hour of attendance at sessions during the Scientific Program is equal to one credit. Each Physician should claim only hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
